I was appalled by the staff; they behaved like criminals, the property licence will be revoked, and I will make sure they don't treat guests that way. The staff room everything is bad; I plan legal action against every staff member, they lack proper SOP and the manager threatens guests.

The lift was broken, sheets and pillow covers weren't clean, and the cleaning service was terrible—no one showed up even after an hour, and there were no towels on the first day. Staff made a sorry face for every complaint but seemed helpless to fix things. Breakfast options were limited, overall the stay felt pathetic, like a Dharamshala rather than a hotel. I wouldn't recommend it.

The place had a good location near the railway station, a clean room with plenty of space, supportive staff, and tasty food, though the breakfast could use more South‑Indian options.
