Beautiful spot with an unbeatable view of Lago Llanquihue. The space was quiet, family‑friendly, and cozy for a great rest. The staff were warm, friendly, and prompt. The beds were comfortable and clean. The cabin’s heating used air conditioning and electricity, but the window overlooking the beach let in a bit of wind, so the temperature tended to drop.

The view is wonderful. However, it needs centralized heating to keep the cabin warm, and leaving the stove in the room is unsafe. SCORE: 6.0/10

Cabañas Bahia Celeste is a wonderful place for anyone who values peace, nature, and a dreamlike setting. The property sits directly on Lago Llanquihue, in a pleasantly quiet area, yet only about 15 minutes by car from Puerto Varas. It was the perfect balance for us: secluded enough to truly breathe, yet an ideal base to explore the whole region. From there we did some impressive hikes, including in Reserva Nacional Llanquihue and around Volcán Osorno, and the location made that possible. Returning to this quiet, wide spot by the lake after a long day in nature was always a joy. The grounds are very quiet and spacious, right on the water with a small beach, and the sunsets and views of the lake and landscape are unforgettable—worth the stay just for that. Our house was well equipped and exceptionally clean. The living and dining area was cozy and inviting, the kitchen practical and well set up, and the beds were comfortable, exactly what you want after an active day. We especially want to highlight the young receptionist who welcomed us warmly, was very helpful, friendly, and attentive, and made it clear that guests are truly welcome. For us, Cabañas Bahia Celeste was a place to arrive, breathe, and marvel. Anyone wanting to explore the area around Puerto Varas, Lago Llanquihue, and the surrounding national parks will find a wonderfully located and very pleasant accommodation here. The regular heating did not work, so we could only heat with the air‑conditioner. It would also be great if the bathrooms had a small heater or a heat lamp, because it gets very cold at night. The service from Andrea was the best part, but this is my fourth time here and the place looks very run-down now.
