“Good til last night.”
It’s been over a month since I left and I still see no refund or explanation. We were in room #8, but they moved a bunch of eventually drunk college or high school students into #7, leaving us with barely any sleep the night before departure. They ignored us and mocked us. I called 0 with no answer, then the motel number on the booking sheet, still no answer. I never received a response. The room was pretty nice for the price, the cleaning staff were courteous and patient, but management was unresponsive when needed. Where’s my refund?
