The hotel is basically an office building with a few floors dedicated to rooms, so it was a bit hard to spot because I was expecting a large hotel with a big sign. The washing machine was out of order.

The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities included shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. A thin gown was provided, but I didn’t use it because I prefer to sleep with both top and bottom on. The stick coffee was available and tasted good. Nothing negative.

The location is ideal for Incheon airport, and the shuttle service works great. The cleaning staff entered our room at 7.40 AM and told us to check out. Luckily we had an extra lock inside so the door wouldn’t fully open, but it was still an unpleasant experience while getting ready in the morning.
