I'm thoroughly impressed with this outstanding establishment. The team members are incredibly welcoming and always willing to lend a hand. My accommodation was immaculate, with a bed that offered the perfect night's sleep. The bathroom boasted an invigorating shower that was a true delight. The dining area was spotless, serving up delicious cuisine and beverages. The morning buffet was extensive, with a vast array of options to suit every taste. My gratitude to the hotel for a fantastic stay.

Position perfect for our trip from Switzerland. We have stayed here several times but not sure that we will book again. We were"upgraded" to a larger room which had 2 extra beds (not needed). The shower did not work. We requested dinner at 7pm but asked if we could make that 7.30 "as a favour". We agreed. At 7.30the restaurant was unexpectedly full. Asked to postpone until 8.30 which was unacceptable. Along with other unhappy residents we ate in the bar. Not comfortable
