I had a horrible experience at this place; the room was filthy with cockroaches, the toilet lacked a seat, and the street outside was repulsive with people lurking. We mistakenly booked the wrong room one night and were told to pay in cash for a refund of our online booking, yet the owners never responded or processed the refund. The owners seemed more interested in scamming guests than maintaining cleanliness or providing service.
