Everything was fine—clean, perfect view, and all good.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and surprisingly spacious for the price—definitely a pleasant surprise. Walking distance to the bus station is a plus. At night, however, barking dogs roam around the hotel; while you don’t hear them in the room, stepping outside feels a bit uncomfortable.
The value here is excellent, and the restaurant on the 6th floor is also great. I would definitely book another stay.

The rooftop restaurant was good, but breakfast wasn’t offered. The room was spacious but not clean enough. There was no fan regulator, the AC was stuck at 24 degrees, no hot water in the bathroom, and cobwebs were inside the room ceiling.
Good location, facilities and cleanliness. Mr. Shiva, who is the Manager, is quite hospitable, friendly and responsive. Good value for money. Property is very close to Mapusa market. Nothing that I can think of
