Our stay at Eleve was absolutely incredible—we didn’t want to leave. From arrival, the service was superb and we felt warmly welcomed. Keith was a true gentleman who went above and beyond to meet every need, and the food was fantastic, with every meal delicious; the BBQ on the last night capped off a brilliant, memorable evening. The setting was stunning, with beautiful scenery, a lovely pool, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—exactly what we needed for a real escape. We couldn’t fault Eleve at all and would definitely return; a huge thank you to Keith and the whole team for making our stay so special. Highly recommended!

“Excellent”

The gym and pool didn’t meet Grand Hyatt standards, and all facilities except the CJC are on the ground floor, causing constant crowding; there are no grounds for a walk.

Everything was great; they even gave us a free upgrade, the sea‑view room was amazing, and the hospitality was exceptional.

The staff were exceptional and very attentive, and the transport from the hotel to the local area was excellent. The room was a good size with a fantastic panoramic window. We were disappointed that the outdoor areas lacked cover—no parasols meant no shade, so spending time on the rooftop was unbearable.
