“Pessimo”
The bed was the only thing comfortable, but the TV kept freezing every three minutes, the walls were dirty, the window wouldn't close, and the air conditioner never warmed the room.

The location was easy to reach and the shopping mall was inside the property, but everything else was fine.

We arrived, faced booking mishaps, then were shown a room that wasn’t clean or ready, which was disappointing; water leaked out of the shower, the drain didn’t work and turned the bathroom into a pool, and the air conditioner dripped and didn’t function properly.
