“Next level hotel”
From start to finish the service was amazing; we kept mentioning how there were no complaints at all. It wasn’t just kid‑friendly, it was also very adult‑friendly. The amenities were thoughtfully designed, and each room had an assistant to answer questions. The food quality was outstanding, not your typical buffet; cocktails featured branded spirits. The kids never got bored, which a parent really appreciates. The only drawback was the lack of a changing room for babies in the indoor toilets, but that won’t stop me from coming back.
The food at the main restaurant was always the same, the dinner closing time was too early, the snack bars shut down far too soon, and the food didn’t live up to the reviews or the money I spent—it wasn’t worth it.
The food quality was good, the cabanas were comfortable, and overall service was solid. Nothing else to add.

The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were great. The door of one of the showers in our room wouldn’t open from the inside; it was stuck shut.
