Caterina was incredibly friendly and helpful, with a warm welcome and great local restaurant tips. The garden and the view of the mountain slopes from there are breathtaking. The breakfast was excellent, featuring homemade dishes and local specialties.

Everything was in good shape. The breakfast was extensive, the room was very clean and modern, and the owners and staff were very friendly. Ideal as a base. They also give tips about sights and restaurants nearby.

The setting, the smiling and kind staff, the calm even though it’s in the center… magnificent! The cameras… a bit too present everywhere.

They handled my celiac and vegan needs at breakfast as best they could, but the location was awful, there were no towel changes, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the pool was far smaller than the photos showed. I paid extra for a pricier room with a TV, yet I ended up with a room that had a screen but nothing to watch on it. The owners claimed they had Netflix and would install it, but they never did.

The welcome was super friendly and the staff offered excellent guidance for the stay. Breakfast was very convivial and the service was exceptional – highly recommend it, 12/10. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.
