The staff is really kind and always ready to answer questions. The facility is new and clean: bathroom, shared kitchen, and bedrooms. We even had a huge balcony. The rooftop with skyline view and the garden was our favorite spot for sure. A few tips to make it perfect: there was a desk with a chair, but hooks for hanging clothes or wet towels in the room would be super appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfy, but a double sheet for the king‑size bed would be better than two single sheets. Also, the basket was in the shared bathroom, so a basket in the room would be useful.

The location was fantastic, just a 10‑minute tuk‑tuk ride from the main bus and train stations and very close to Cinnamon Gardens. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was pretty modern with good water pressure, which was uncommon at most other places we booked in Sri Lanka. The staff was friendly and lent us an umbrella, which was super convenient for a sunny day in Colombo. There was a rooftop with juice views to the Lotus Tower, a kitchen, and a fridge.

Die Lage war für uns sehr praktisch, da wir von dort schnell überall hinkamen und es auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt Möglichkeiten zum Essen gab. Besonders positiv war das Personal: Sowohl der Security-Mitarbeiter vor dem Hotel als auch der Rezeptionist waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Der Security-Mitarbeiter war super sympathisch und immer gut gelaunt, und der Rezeptionist war bei allen Fragen für uns da. Da wir früher ankamen, hat er sich sogar extra beeilt, damit wir unser Zimmer möglichst schnell beziehen konnten. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Auch das gemeinsam genutzte Badezimmer war sauber und modern. Uns hat im Zimmer etwas Stauraum oder zumindest eine Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung gefehlt, sodass wir hauptsächlich aus unseren Rucksäcken gelebt haben. Außerdem wäre ein Mülleimer im Zimmer praktisch gewesen. Ansonsten hatten wir nichts auszusetzen
