Very good small apartment, quite close to the bus stop to Constanta and not too far from the beach. Supermarket Penny is right next door

The proprietor’s care, attention and promptness in helping a client who had suddenly found themselves in Mangalia, with a reservation made at midnight for that very night and little hope of finding a place to stay, were outstanding. The room was immaculate, fully equipped, everything looked clean and smelled fresh.
