The hotel's location was pretty central, but the noise from the street was a real issue. The staff were helpful when I checked in late, but things took a turn when I asked about the early check-in fee. They just flat out refused to give me the bill, which was pretty frustrating. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the lack of transparency around the extra charges left a bad taste in my mouth.

The hotel's location is definitely one of its strong points – it's right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. However, our stay was marred by a frustrating issue with the hot water, which we struggled to get working for hours. We ended up calling the reception multiple times (around 10-15 times, to be honest) but unfortunately, we didn't get the help we needed. It was really disappointing, especially considering the otherwise decent service from the staff.

Well connected and centerly located. Nice place of stay. Family room not spacious. But beds are too good and comfortable. Large nad big beds. Pls chk the odur in the room

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late. The room was small but spotless, with a comfy bed and all the essentials. However, the walls were a bit thin and I could hear the noise from the street and the other rooms, which was a bit of a problem. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I'd definitely stay here again.
