Was really looking forward to staying here, but it didn't go as planned. I'd specifically requested three rooms on the same floor, but only two were available on the same level, which was a bit of a letdown. To make matters worse, I'd asked for a non-smoking room, but they gave me a smoking room instead - it reeked of cigarette smoke and was really disappointing, especially since I'd mentioned it when booking and had a much better experience here before.
