Breakfast was fine and there were plenty of parking spaces, but the many stairs and only six pool loungers – all occupied – were a drawback; the hotel is about 800 m from the center (Duomo), yet the 400 m climb is steep.

The room was clean, beautiful, and the bathroom was relatively new; Massa is reachable on foot in 5 minutes, and the pool was pleasant.

Breakfast is good but basic; the panoramic view from the dining room is stunning, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the parking is ample and free, yet the exterior maintenance is lacking and the lobby and dining room need renovation.
