During the night other guests (presumably their children) ran up and down the first floor hallway trying door handles and banging on doors. It was jarring to be woken up by what sounds like someone breaking in. This happened multiple times. At around 130 am someone outside our ground floor window was screaming for about 10 min. Too much going on and no intervention by staff. Typically I wouldn’t write a bad review but it was a terrible night after a super long travel day. Glad we had only booked one night

“Felt more like a motel for traveling transients.”

Free parking and easy freeway access made arrival smooth, and the staff were friendly. However, the floors were dirty, exterior doors were taped off with caution tape, and a transient on the third floor was bagging for cigarettes in the hallway. The room lacked a clock, coffee maker, or extra blanket, and the “full breakfast” was just coffee, oatmeal packets, prepackaged muffins, and Nutrigrain bars in a closed cupboard—no fruit, milk, or juice. There was no morning TV, newspaper, or place to eat the minimal food items.

“Horrible! Rude staff and disgusting facility”

The staff were rude and unconcerned, and the place smelled like sewage with obvious drug activity. The TV was broken, and when we called for help they said sorry, call someone Monday, even though we were checking out Sunday.

“NEVER AGAIN!”

The room was clean, the desk staff were helpful once you got their attention, and the bed was comfortable enough. The hotel was under construction, which we had no idea about before we got there; construction noise started at 8 am every day, the pool and fitness center were inaccessible, the front desk was completely unstaffed most of the time, breakfast was laughably sparse and almost pointless, there was no shelf in the shower to put soap or shampoo bottles on so everything was all over the floor, and the fronts were falling off dresser drawers.

“Had a restful night. It was clean quiet and pleasant”

Aman was exceptional and made our stay very smooth. Thank you. No complaints
