I found the place a bit impersonal, with a lot of stairs to reach the room.

The host was very friendly and helpful, and there’s a nice restaurant nearby in Montefano, though it’s not safe to walk to it. We stayed because of the worthwhile Leopardi House in Recanati, and the view over the Marken was wonderful. Unfortunately, there’s no way to eat food you bring into the house.

The property is very beautiful, surrounded by the green hills of Marche. The room is spacious and well cared for, everything is very clean. I would suggest changing breakfast from two packaged croissants to a homemade cake, some yogurt, the coffee machine is already there. That would be the cherry on top!
