The hotel is family‑run, which shows in everything; the entire staff is very friendly, the owners are always courteous, helpful, and strive to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The room was very clean and breakfast left no desire unsatisfied; we felt very welcome from day one and will definitely return. The only complaint is that there is no small fridge in the room, which is a high‑level gripe.

We were completely delighted! The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive; you feel welcome from the first moment. The food was superb—fresh, high quality, and lovingly prepared. The hotel’s atmosphere is beautiful, well maintained, and inviting. The rooms were very clean and cozy, and our dog was warmly welcomed. We’ll gladly come back! Nothing to criticize; our stay was flawless.

“Super Hotel in einmaliger Lage.”

We booked a double room and were upgraded at no cost. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with freshly made egg variations and pancakes on request. The location above Merano was simply gorgeous. Nothing to complain about.
