The Park Hotel at Meadowlands

“The hotel looks good but service not great. Price is too high for the facilities and service.”

The bed was acceptable, but the noise persisted all night; the room was so cold that turning up the heat didn’t help much, there was a stain on the comforter, and the phone failed to work so I had to descend from the 20th floor to request a replacement, waiting over half an hour before someone finally brought the new comforter; I was later told by a lady that a key‑holder number could be dialed at the front desk, a detail that was never mentioned at check‑in.

We loved our room and the staff were amazing, so we’re already planning another stay; however, the menu was limited, a 22 % service fee was added on top of taxes and tip, and the buffet breakfast for two cost $113.

I loved every aspect of the place, especially the room which was stunningly beautiful and spotless. I can't think of anything to criticize.

Everything was great. The only downside was the absence of a pool.
