There was no internet, and one of the waiters was completely unprofessional, I’d say lazy! One day the breakfast was great when it was served by Mr. Željko, but the next day a different waiter (I don’t know his name, a tall guy with a strong build) seemed totally uninterested in his job.

We only stayed one night before heading back to Romania, but the location is fantastic! It has that quietness of being near a lake and surrounded by nature. The apartment was clean; it didn’t have many facilities, but we didn’t need them. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was tasty.

The place is great! The room has everything you need. The bathroom is very good. It’s clean! It’s close to the highway. The price is super! Overall, we chose the hotel for the second year in a row on our way to Italy. The first time we had no problems and decided to repeat. We arranged with the lady who booked us that we were leaving early and if no one was there we could leave the key at reception. In the morning all the hotel doors were locked. You can’t get out, and there’s no one at reception! There’s no mobile coverage! You can’t call the listed number! For travelers like us it’s a problem! I hope this is a mistake by some staff member, not a practice.

The building is nicely arranged, in harmony with nature. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is courteous. The location is good.

The whole facility had a strong odor. The rooms had no fridge or cooler. The worst part was that the water for resting and showering was yellow and smelled very strong. We couldn’t shower, and when we told the staff they didn’t check or find a solution. We just slept and left early in the morning. Absolutely not recommended.
