This place was a total disaster from start to finish. When I arrived, the staff told me they didn't have a room for me, which was pretty frustrating. I asked them to cancel my booking without any hassle, but they said I had to do it myself - weird. Luckily, they magically found a room 20 minutes later, but it was a filthy, moldy mess with mismatched linens and missing amenities - I didn't even bother to stay, taking photos and videos as evidence.
