Everything is amazing. The facilities are thoughtfully designed, fitting the surroundings and the hotel’s style. It really feels like Bali in Panama. The rooms are very comfortable and private, but above all the service quality stands out. It’s a 10/10, with special shout‑outs to Gilberto, Rubiela, Jiovana and Captain Sebastián. The off‑site activities are carefully organized, and the spa is not only beautiful but offers delicious rituals. There’s also a hospitality room where you can change, shower and feel more comfortable while you’re waiting for a room. No complaints or negative aspects to mention.

A staff member said, “We do everything to make you happy. If we don’t have what you want, we’ll make it.” That’s about what you expect when you book here. You’re treated so well you don’t want to leave. Everyone is great and friendly, always smiling and always helpful. The villas were simply amazing – extremely clean and the bed was a dream. The food was heavenly – we’d come back just for the food. This hotel is definitely recommended: a bit of the best Panama has to offer. Just WOW and a big thank you to the whole team. Although check‑in was at 15:00, we couldn’t access our villa until 15:40, which was a bit disappointing at first. The sea had a lot of jellyfish, which the hotel said were harmless, but it still felt odd.

We were blown away by the all‑inclusive experience, and it feels like the bar was set too high. From the moment we arrived, the staff remembered every guest’s name and even our milk preferences for coffee, making us feel truly cared for. The room was gorgeous and spacious enough to relax before heading out on the fun excursions led by the great captains. Each night the main restaurant offered a different menu, and we found ourselves counting down the hours until dinner because every dish seemed to outdo the previous one. 10/10, we’re already planning to visit other Nayara locations.
