I was thoroughly impressed with the accommodation, reception, and customer service provided by the manager and staff at this hotel. They all displayed impeccable taste and a genuine commitment to excellence.

I was really looking forward to my stay, and the friendly staff and great price in a fantastic central location initially made a good impression. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse as I discovered that my executive suite was in a bit of disarray - there was no toilet seat, a roach in the room, and it felt like the hotel was still under construction. To top it off, I felt that the room was a little dirty, which was a letdown given the suite's supposed status.

My one-night stay was a brief but pleasant experience, with huge rooms that felt like little studios, a lovely view from the pool area, and friendly staff who added a warm touch. The only downside was that the hotel felt a bit old, but given the positives, I didn't dwell too much on it.

The hotel's location couldn't be beat, being easily accessible and close to everything, which was a major plus. However, my enthusiasm was dampened by the fact that the hotel wasn't very clean, with outdated hallways and rooms that needed a refresh, and an air conditioning system that didn't quite cut it.
