The location is excellent, right in the historic center near tourist spots and restaurants, everything is within walking distance; the inn is well decorated with local art, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, the breakfast is very good, and the staff are polite and kind.

Roberto Carlos, the receptionist, was extremely friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was varied and everything was very well prepared, with impeccable cleaning and organization. The location is excellent! Important detail: the minibar consumption is handled with trust (which is great): at check‑out you just leave the key at reception, send a WhatsApp message to the inn informing the consumption, and they simply send a price list with a Pix key. I will definitely come back! The unavoidable mosquitoes were a bit of a nuisance.

I liked how all the staff, from reception to cleaning and kitchen, were attentive and dedicated. I also praised the excellent breakfast with many varieties, the organization, and the clean, cozy environment.

The location is perfect, close to everything. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are quality, and the shower in the bathroom is delightful. Not having parking was a downside. Even though there are nearby spots and the city is safe, I think people attending events might struggle to find a street spot.
