What an amazing place with such kind and helpful staff in the heart of Chengdu. The only drawback was the lack of English speaking.

I honestly can't remember the last time I gave a hotel a 10/10, but this one absolutely deserves it! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, even though their English wasn't very strong. The room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I genuinely don't understand how this hotel can be so affordable, especially considering all the complimentary extras they offer! From late-night snacks at the reception to snacks and beverages in the room, they really go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Excellent value for money, outstanding hospitality, and attention to detail that you don't always find even in much more expensive hotels. Highly recommended!. All perfect

We were expecting a large hotel, which turned out not to be the case. However the staff were quite nice; we arrived a little later and they upgraded us to a larger room. They also offered free night soup and ice creams.

It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in China. Super clean, pretty, organized, they offer a lot of snacks, drinks, even a pen with a panda. The staff are very friendly and efficient, they communicate with an English translator, but everything is understood perfectly. The room is clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. I loved everything.
