“Schöne Lage aber Service sowie Zustand Anlage nicht einladend”
The location is quiet and surrounded by nature, and the large apartment comfortably accommodates four people. However, some furniture was extremely worn—wooden tables needed sanding and repainting, and cabinet handles were missing and needed replacement. The entire apartment’s floor tiles had significant stains. The corridors were still dusty. The staff, except for the breakfast and dinner team, seemed unmotivated, and there was openly communicated criticism directed at the management level.
