“I stayed almost a month for an Erasmus internship”
The photos were accurate, the room was clean, and there was a shared kitchen. Morning coffee was on the house. Since I stayed almost a month, I also used the on‑site washing machine for towels, sheets, etc. The only downside was the location. If you don’t have a car, it’s hard to find public transport to the university, which I needed. But the manager helped me every time I needed a ride to the university or the train station on weekends. Generally they only speak Italian, but we got by with Google Translate. Just make sure you have roaming if you’re a foreigner. The property has Wi‑Fi, but you’ll need it elsewhere.
The location is ideal and quiet for a holiday around Cosenza and the surrounding area, and the sea is very close. Mr Gaetano was exceptionally helpful, and the room was very clean.
“Angenehm”
The garden matched the historic building nicely and, thanks to its spaciousness, brought a bit of calm. The host was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that might be mentioned is that the access road is a little bumpy, but otherwise it’s not worth noting.
The place is cozy and cute, right near the highway and a shopping mall, and it’s comfortable. Nothing else to note.
The spot is strategically positioned just a step away from Rende and Cosenza while still being surrounded by nature.
