What stands out most is the reception service, especially Ahmed Saleh. The location was a downside.

The hotel was generally a good experience with many things that impressed me. The location is excellent and close to the university, and there are plenty of services and shops nearby. The room was very beautiful, comfortable, and clean, with excellent equipment, especially the TV that supports various apps. The bathroom was also spacious, clean, and nice. Overall, the room and its furnishings were good. On the downside, there are a few small points that I hope the hotel management will consider to improve guests’ experience: I would like a clearer indication of the cleaning times or duration, so guests know when service will occur. After the room was cleaned, I noticed that some consumables were not restocked, such as Nescafé, water, and towels. Providing these continuously would make the stay better. I also had some difficulty communicating with a staff member, whose attitude toward guests was very poor, so I hope the communication process and guest service are improved, with reception staff always available. When I was checking out, I wanted help moving my luggage, but I couldn’t find assistance at that time. In short, the hotel is very distinctive in terms of location, rooms, cleanliness, and equipment, and I see it has excellent potential. The mentioned observations mainly concern service and organization, and I hope they are improved in the future, because that will make the stay more comfortable and distinctive.
