The hotel was excellent and offered good value. Its spot was perfect—just a short walk from Bangla Road, the nightlife, and the beach, which made it very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a solid hotel with great service, worth recommending for its location and value. The only drawback was that it could get a bit noisy at night with taxis and loud speakers. Check‑in was a little slow, and the breakfast was mixed: the sweet items and omelette were good, but most other dishes were cold and under‑seasoned. Checking out also took longer than expected because the system was sluggish (not the staff’s fault).
