The location and room were great, but there was no fan.

The room’s facilities and the available car parking were good, yet there wasn’t enough milk, and being on the top floor (4th floor) was less convenient than a ground‑floor option.

The room was comfortable and exactly what I needed for work.

I could see my car from where I parked on the road, but the room lacked a table and a wardrobe. I wanted more frequent cleaning and a refill of tea, milk, etc.
