The only positive was its proximity to where I needed to be. The building was very old and run down, with only one internet port in the room. The furniture was stained, cabinet doors wouldn’t stay closed, paint was patched badly with mismatched colors, and molding was falling apart in the elevator. Breakfast was very minimal.

I was at the venue we needed to be near, but the bed had a bug, probably a bed bug, and the only thing the staff offered was a “sorry” before moving me to another room; no discount or extra was given, and the staff were very rude.
