I had a terrible stay; nothing pleased me at all 😔 The staff were unhelpful, the Wi‑Fi in my room worked but had no internet, the bathroom lock was missing, and the complimentary breakfast never arrived. Room service was nonexistent, and there was no water in the room. Late at night I called for a water bottle, but they refused, so I had to walk down to fetch one myself. Overall, the experience was extremely bad.

Finding the hotel was straightforward and its central location means other places are close by. The only downside was that the cleaning could be better.

We arrived in Aurangabad to visit Ellora, which we liked. The city is interesting and not overly touristy. The hotel meets Indian standards, and the staff try hard. There is air conditioning, ventilation in the bathroom, and hot water. The bed is typical for India. The only issue was a dirty wall in the room.

“Breakfast charges Refund not given”

Nothing good. The experience was very bad: breakfast was included, but due to a cylinder shortage the kitchen was shut down. When we asked for a refund for the breakfast charge, they denied it. We want a refund for the breakfast.
