Everything was absolutely spectacular! I want to highlight the staff: the ladies at the front desk and management upgraded our room for my wife's birthday, added a card and a slice of cake to match. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, a sentiment echoed by every other staff member we met. I aimed to give my wife a memorable birthday experience by taking her here, and The Blue Ivy team delivered beyond expectations. We’re incredibly grateful—thank you for everything! We can’t wait to return already. The only downside was that we didn’t have time to stay longer because of other celebratory commitments—our fault alone!

“Great stay”

Great hotel, great food and all‑inclusive drink options including premium brands. Staff were really good and always ready to help make your stay easy. The manager was always around for any questions and gave us complimentary meal vouchers after checking out because of our late flight. Sometimes staff made drinks with local brands unless you specifically asked for premium, and there was a lack of nighttime entertainment for guests who might want to stay in the hotel some evenings.
