The service was good, but the place felt cramped, a bit overcrowded, and there were queues at the food pickup. We’d like to see more fruit options.
The receptionist was very unfriendly and showed zero service mindset.
The staff were friendly and the morning buffet was great. The only downside was that the trash bins weren’t emptied for the three nights we stayed.

We were three people and the room was small, with only a narrow wardrobe and no space to leave open luggage on the floor. Breakfast ended at 09:00, the earliest of the six hotels we stayed at on this trip.
The breakfast buffet was superb with plenty of choices and many hot options, but checking in at 16:00 was far too late; there was only one staff member on duty that weekend, who was also handling the bar, so the wait at reception was excessively long.
