The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful with some work assignments I needed help printing. I also forgot my charger and another staff member helped me with that. Cheerful too.

The location was fantastic, and the pizza shop across the road was excellent – we’ll return to New York just for that pizza again. The air‑con worked, but it wasn’t as effective as we’d hoped. The staff were friendly, yet when we asked on three separate days to refill shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, they ignored us. When we requested directions or recommendations for things to do, we received little to no assistance.

The hotel is centrally located, close to everything, with friendly and helpful staff and nice rooms. A big extra plus is the balcony!
