Friendly welcome. We came to bike, so it was great to be almost on the path to Transfogaras. The accommodation was well equipped. They provided unlimited ground‑roasted coffee. There is an amazing on‑site restaurant just one street up (highly recommended). Unfortunately, around us there were not many options besides Transfogaras. The rooms were hard to ventilate and a bit dark without natural light. Guests in neighboring rooms were often noisy and many did not tidy up after themselves. Sometimes the phone signal inside the room was weak.

Everything was renovated and very clean. The owner's treatment was exquisite—kind and helpful. Undoubtedly a 100 % recommended place.

The place is perfect for a trip to the Fogaras Mountains; everything was just fine.
