The front‑desk team was friendly and offered us some evening and daily tour suggestions. The location is very convenient; we drove in knowing we’d leave the car in the nearby parking, which is close and easy to use, though it cost about 30 euros for 24 hours. The room was very basic and a bit lifeless.

The location is superb, and the staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hospitality was so good that it easily made up for the few minor shortcomings here and there

The first impression was not positive: the reception was very old‑fashioned, messy, and had broken chairs.

Breakfast offers good value. The waitress Manuela is always ready to help, answer questions, and is very attentive and friendly. The location is excellent. The bed is too small and could be larger. The bathroom could be better and should have a mini‑fridge in the room. The elevator could be upgraded.
