The place is beautiful, but the staff were not very helpful; they were friendly but the service was slow, left us without dinner one night without any notice, generally took a long time to set a table and then didn’t even lift or finish clearing it. They tried to charge us for parking and didn’t tell us it was a car per villa, which I find completely absurd. The kitchen wasn’t well equipped, no cooking spoon, nothing to wash or dry dishes, the fridge didn’t cool at first and that was a major issue because I had breast milk. In short, we had gone before the house was managed by Booking and it was a much nicer experience. This time we felt totally abandoned by the service and have no desire to return or recommend them to friends.

“Excelente relación calidad-precio”

The facilities are very good, it’s a cozy place, the bathrooms are small but understandable given the design. The pool at its farthest point is a bit deep, though it isn’t heated. The staff were very friendly, the place isn’t listed as a hotel, it feels more like a house, but they gave us a key to open and close the parking gate. Breakfast was tasty, mainly chilaquiles and fruit. The beds weren’t very comfortable, the mattresses were a bit firm, otherwise everything was fine.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, yet the bathroom lighting was poor and the beds could be more comfortable; there was little kitchen staff to handle breakfast and the service was slow.
