Cleanliness, courtesy, spacious room. In the kitchen there were stoves but they weren’t in use, and pots were missing. More importantly, there was no kettle, and making tea in the microwave is inconvenient and tastes bad. The only other issue was that the blinds in the room didn’t lock. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to discuss this with the manager; perhaps these are things that could have been fixed.

Very clean, quiet spot, not in the city centre but close to the metro station, and the owner is a very nice chap. Nothing to complain about. I’ll come back next time in Rome.
