Nothing like it here except the location, which is easily accessible. The staff, cleaning, and booking cancellation were problematic.

I had a truly disappointing stay at this hotel, where things started off on the wrong foot. They failed to provide me with the room I had booked, which already set a negative tone for my visit. To make matters worse, I was asked to switch rooms in the middle of the night, only to be given a room in a much poorer condition. This was a frustrating experience that left a lasting impression.
