The location is probably the only thing this hotel can be proud of. It sits between the Asok and Phrom Phong BTS stations, and across the front door is the newly opened EmSphere mall side entrance; you can use the mall skybridge to reach Phrom Phong station without getting wet, about a 10‑minute walk. The facilities are old, but the staff are still friendly and polite. The towels are terrible—by specification they should have been reported as damaged long ago. There were even small cockroaches on the bed. During the two days I stayed, the shower system was out of order for two or three days, so there was no hot water, and the hotel offered no compensation or remedy, even though it’s hot Bangkok (though their air conditioning was decent).
