Despite some shortcomings, the guest had a pleasant experience due to the friendly night receptionist, but was let down by the hotel's lack of hospitality and inadequate communication about available services.

However, guests may encounter some issues with cleanliness and communication with staff. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's structure is impressive and has great potential for improvement.
