The bed was too hard, the whirlpool was tiny, and the breakfast was a mess. They even turned it off at 6:30 am without telling us, waking us up.

The room was nicely laid out, with comfy bedding and a handy touchscreen for music, lights, AC, and more. The bath was dirty, and they forgot a robe and a face towel. Breakfast lacked plates, cutlery, and enough silverware, and there weren’t enough staff to fix the missing items.
