Conveniently located between two stations and offered great value for money. For its price, don't expect hotel services or staff assistance. It’s probably best suited for a short stay.

The location was good and the beds were comfortable.

I really like the place; it has a very peaceful and quiet environment. It’s within walking distance of BTS THONG LO. Many restaurants and a 7/11 are nearby. The room was very clean and provided a lot of toiletries, which I rate 10/10. The TV also had Netflix. The bed was amazing. I loved everything and think I will definitely book again if I ever return to Bangkok.

The place was clean for the most part, and the location isn’t too bad. I booked a Superior King Room at RIMM49 for a stay from March 4 to March 17. I specifically chose this room type because I’m willing to pay more for a better bed due to back issues (DDD), so having a proper king bed was important to me. Also, I am very active so quality sleep is top priority. Upon arrival, I found that the bed was not a true king mattress. Instead, it was two separate twin mattresses pushed together under one sheet. There was a noticeable split in the middle, and the bed did not function like a single continuous surface. This was disappointing given the room was advertised as having “1 king bed.” In addition to the bed issue, there was consistent outside noise, including what sounded like construction, which made it difficult to rest. Because of these issues, I ended up checking out early on March 7 after only a few days, despite originally booking a longer stay. I attempted to resolve the situation, but the request for a partial refund for the unused nights was denied. To be fair, the location is decent and the general cleanliness was acceptable. However, for anyone planning a longer stay or who specifically values sleep quality, it’s important to understand that the “king bed” may be two mattresses combined rather than a single mattress and the additional external noise. I would recommend confirming the exact bed configuration in advance if that matters to you. For me, this was a significant issue and ultimately the reason I chose to leave early.
