I booked a three‑bedroom unit; it wasn’t spacious, but for a basic stay it was more than enough, the beds felt comfortable and having a sink with a hair‑dryer was a nice touch for a woman. The shared kitchen featured a large household fridge, which in summer allowed us to store plenty of frozen and fresh items, a real lifesaver. Unfortunately we had to leave at 4:30 am the next morning, so we couldn’t relax as much as we’d liked, though the owner’s friendly demeanor made us feel at ease. A minor gripe was that the shelf above the hangers in the room hadn’t been cleaned, and the bathroom could use a bit of remodeling to reach perfection.

Everyone was insanely friendly and helpful. We were allowed to use the bikes and were taken to and from the train station since we didn’t have a car. We received useful local tips and felt treated like family. The whole family had a memorable stay and we’ll definitely come back. Huge thanks for the wonderful time.

If you’re heading to Chiba to surf, this is the spot to stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the waves are just a three‑minute walk away. Highly recommended for anyone planning to surf in the Chiba area.

The staff were friendly and made us feel at home; the relaxed atmosphere and helpful, kind staff were great. Nothing else; we just wish we could have stayed longer.
