“Amazing”
The place was quiet and the room got cleaned every day; I even found DSTV and Netflix already hooked up to the TV, so I felt right at home.

I liked the kitchenette area, but the bathroom was very small.

Everything was great, the staff were friendly and really helped with the challenge I had at the time, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location and garden were great, the towels were super soft and large, the staff were very helpful, but the TV didn't work the first night and was fixed the next day; the bedding could be better, the sheets were old, and there was only enough coffee for two cups in the room.

The place was clean, spacious, and in a great area, perfect for self‑catering; we stayed in the ground‑floor family room, which was very convenient. The host sent us a message on the morning of arrival with the location details, check‑in information, and even a video of our room, making everything very easy. She was friendly and welcoming, and we received a thoughtful gift upon arrival. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality; we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend it to others. Overall, we had a good stay, but a few things could be improved: a security gate in front of the sliding door would have given us more peace of mind, especially with young children; the main bed in the family room felt a little small, so we moved one of the single beds next to the queen bed so our children could sleep comfortably with us; the bathroom needs attention because neither the shower door nor the bathroom door closed properly, and the hot water system is a bit tricky—when we added cold water to adjust the temperature, the hot water would often cut out, making it hard to keep a comfortable shower; the TV setup could use an upgrade—after a long day of travelling with children, a Smart TV with YouTube, Netflix, or Watchlist Pro would have been nice, as the older DStv setup wasn't very convenient for us since our children don't normally watch the cartoon channels. These are small improvements that could make a big difference, but we still had a pleasant stay and appreciated the host’s hospitality.
