“Petit hôtel cosy et agréable”
The room was well decorated and had air conditioning, plus a nice little balcony; it was spacious and pleasant, but there was no elevator.
It used to be fine before, but breakfast is terrible!!!
The hotel’s location was convenient—about a 15‑minute walk to the ferry and 7‑10 minutes to Segutlyuchesme metro station, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. Our room stayed clean with housekeeping every other day, hot water worked in the shower, and the staff were polite. However, the listing claimed the room was 35 m², which is why we chose it for space with a child, yet it turned out to be roughly 17 m²; only some triple rooms actually reach 35 m². The room was dark, had little natural light because the windows faced a neighboring building, and the balcony looked onto those same windows. Sound insulation was poor—any noise from the floor above, like toilet flushes or water running in pipes, was clearly audible. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush, the phone didn’t work, and the hair‑dryer cap was missing. Breakfast was very basic, just a boiled egg each day, with no fruit.
The staff were understanding, but the first room we were given had mold and was not well ventilated, with an unbearable odor. After requesting a change, we were offered a slightly better room, yet the cleanliness was still lacking: surfaces still had traces of dirt, glasses from other guests, and the AC unit smelled bad and could not be used because it had not been cleaned.
We were satisfied with the staff and the breakfast, but the photos did not match reality: the hotel and the room were very old and we had no balcony. The staff were friendly.
