The staff were very friendly. The management lacked professionalism; I had ordered a shuttle and it never arrived, among other issues.

Serene. The soft background music and décor created a relaxing vibe. Most of my needs were met, and staff especially Flora and Boris were very helpful. However, there was a communication issue: I booked transport in person for 6am the next day, only to be told the transport was not available at 6am. I didn’t mind, but I felt I should have been informed the day before, which pushed my plans back by an hour. The location beside a flyover is a drawback.
