We didn’t have breakfast, but there were plenty of options to choose from. We stayed there with a friend for one night after a fundraiser event. It was a place to get ready and sleep for one night and it did the job. The shower was amazing! It was a little cold, but that was expected with an older big farm‑like house.

The spot is great for exploring, and it’s a solid budget base, but I didn’t get any personal interaction with the host and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

This B&B ranks among the best I’ve stayed at; the room and kitchen are exceptional and the location is superb, so I’ll return if I’m back in the area. Overall, it was a very good experience despite the address confusion: I booked under “Tregib Mill, Bethlehem Road, Llandeilo,” but the property should be listed as “Melin Tregib, Bethlehem Road, Ffairfach, Llandeilo.” Visitors should come in from the FFAIRFACH end of Bethlehem Road; I followed Google Maps from Llandovery onto Bethlehem Road, which caused delays and a hard drive as the road narrowed and it was getting dark.

The continental breakfast was fine, but the key‑safe entry was fiddly and there was no light to see it, so I arrived in the dark.
